Oral presentation instructions — ISNND 2026

Thank you for presenting at ISNND 2026. Please read these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth session.

Presentation length & timing

  • Total time (including Q&A)45 minutes for plenary speakers30 minutes for Invited speakers and 15 minutes for oral presenter 
  •  Please keep strictly to the time alotted.

File format & slide specs

  • Prepare your slides in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx).
  • Use 16:9 (widescreen) aspect ratio.
  • Keep fonts large and legible (minimum 24 pt for body text). Use standard system fonts.
  • Minimize complex animations and automatic transitions — they can cause playback issues.
  • If you include video or audio, embed the files and also bring a separate copy of the media.

What we (do not) provide

  • We do NOT provide a PC for presenters. You must bring your own laptop if you want to run your slides from it.
  • The projector/screen supports HDMI input only. If your laptop uses USB-C, Mini DisplayPort, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, VGA, or other ports, bring your own converter/adapter to HDMI. We cannot guarantee availability of adapters on site.

On-site procedure

  • We provide time to set up and check connections at lunch and coffee break time. Please check the connection by your self. If you need any assistance, do not hesitate to contact organizing committee
  • Arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start.
  • Bring your charger and ensure your battery is full.

Backups

  • Bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive and/or in the cloud (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive).
  • If your slides include media, bring the media files separately on the USB as well.

File naming (recommended)

  • Use a clear filename so session staff can identify your file quickly, e.g.: ISNND2026_Title.pptx

Timing & etiquette

  • The session chair will manage time. Please stop promptly when your slot ends to keep the program on schedule.

​Technical problems / exceptions

  • If you cannot bring a laptop or have special AV requirements, please contact seminar organizer immediately, so we can discuss alternatives. We cannot promise adapters or extra AV support on the day.
